Effective July 18, 2019, the Lobbe Group, headquartered in Iserlohn, Germany, fully acquired FVH Folienveredelung Hamburg GmbH & Co.KG, headquartered in Schwerin, Germany. The shareholder is Lobbe Entsorgung West GmbH & Co KG.
